Learn the steps and strategies to have healthy boundaries now...& for the rest of your life!

If you struggle to set - and maintain - boundaries, please know that this makes so much sense!

Setting - and maintaining - healthy boundaries is a complex skill to master. This is because it actually requires other skills to do so effectively. These skills include: the willingness to build self-awareness, healthy coping, and effective communication skills.

While complicated, there is hope!

In my 11 years as a practicing therapist, I have identified the specific steps, strategies, and skills to truly have healthy boundaries. I'm so excited to share this life-changing knowledge with you in this course.

“I started seeing Krystal a few years ago, before she started her own practice. I feel like I grew with her and that is the most wonderful part about therapy with her. She assisted me with couples counseling and also guided me down my own path with EMDR to heal my PTSD. I have since graduated therapy, as I was able to meet every single goal I had with her. She is a caring, patient, open-minded, gifted and natural healer that I would recommend to anyone. She is the only therapist that has ever helped me take action instead of just talk about my issues, helping me actually recover instead of just maintain. For that, I am forever grateful!”

Identify Your Boundaries

The first step to having healthy boundaries is identifying what you need and want. With all the pressure that you experience in your life, this can be very hard to identify.

I will guide you through simple exercises to identify what your limits are so you may effectively implement them.

Be Less Drained

It's exhausting trying to keep the people in your life happy. It also leads to resentment and burn out....which isn't sustainable.

You will learn the necessary skills to have more balance and less stress...all while managing the guilt you probably feel at times for taking care of you.

Communicate Effectively

It is scary to set boundaries especially when you feel like you literally don't know what to say.

You will learn an easy - and effective - script for setting boundaries. This skill has changed the lives of countless clients...and myself. I'm excited for it to do the same for you too.

Hi, I’m Krystal Mazzola!

I've been a practicing marriage and family therapist for 11 years and I'm the best-selling author of The Codependency Recovery Plan and The Codependency Workbook.

I used to struggle so much with people pleasing. I had many relationships in my life out of guilt and obligation. I was terrified to speak up for myself when dating out of fear I would be abandoned. And I wanted to be the "teacher's pet" at work. All of this left me depressed, anxious and ashamed.

I thought that if I made others' happy, eventually, I would gain enough approval so that I'd be happy too. Of course....I realized it doesn't work like this.

Through a lot of trial and error, I learned to apply what I was teaching my clients to change my life. With the skills you will learn in this course, I learned how to be authentic and accept that not everyone will like me. I have learned to honor myself and my needs with courage. I feel liberated and am truly empowered.

Honestly, my life is so much better than I would have ever imagined possible at this stage! I only have healthy, supportive relationships in my life...I'm engaged to a supportive, kind, sensitive man...I have the courage to pursue my biggest dreams in my business...and I love myself unconditionally.

I want all of this for you and I know it's possible. That's why I created this course!
